Voice quality is clear and fluent, but better pacing would give it more of an dramatic effect. When you speak there's minor static(doesn't take too much away from the quality). As far as the content, I believe this is a reasonable construct of civilization. I do feel as its easier to construct the possibilities of a world then to see it in action. we as people can imagine a utopia but we can not predict the reactions people will have in these conditions and If it will be challenged. As long as there's power differences there will never be true peace.
